Pete Williams

Pete grew up in Elizabeth, South Australia. His pop was an amateur cameraman and Pete loved to borrow his gear from a young age. He moved to London in 2006 to attend Met Film School (Ealing Studios) and had immediate success after graduating, first in commercials; winning three consecutive Mofilm awards at Cannes Lions and then with docs. Pete created MAKERS (2015) for Channel 4, UK and his debut feature doc THE NEW BREED (2020) premiered at the Sustainable Living Film Festival. Pete Wrote, Directed and Produced the narrative feature film EMOTION IS DEAD (2024), which world premiered at the Adelaide Film Festival.
